PLEASE Consider Supporting CBO

Please consider supporting Comic Bits Online because it is a very rare thing in these days of company mouthpiece blogs that are only interested in selling publicity to you. With support CBO can continue its work to bring you real comics news and expand to produce the video content for this site. Money from sales of Black Tower Comics & Books helps so please consider checking out the online store.

In my translation that title, “Vierge ou Demon?”, comes out as “Virgin or Demon?”. If I’m wrong correct me!  What more do you need -

It all begins with Tanka in an apartment in C.L.A.S.H. HQ before we head off and find Futura, Jaleb and a couple companions in a cemetery full of zombies…but it’s far more complicated than that! And there are some sketch pages. If you read French then you ought to enjoy this but even if you struggle with French the art is still great.

If this doesn’t wet your appetite nothing will!  Strangers #3 is out now and  available via Wanga Stores online -link on the blog roll.

I think this just goes to show that those stating "The French do NOT do super hero comics" are idiots with no real knowledge of French comics.  No one has been more active in the promotion and publishing of old and new material of this type than Jean-Marc Lofficer. And there are some very good artists working on these books from Wanga-Hexagon which are small publishing brands. To date, Pierre Minne has established himself as an up-and-coming talent.

So, check out the art!
