A lawyer visits the Daltons in prison to explain that an uncle has bequeathed a fortune to them, but that they will only have access to it after shooting every member of the jury who sentenced him to hang – and that in front of a very specific witness: Lucky Luke. One prison escape later, the four brothers are riding hard with a list of men to kill – and a more or less captive Lucky Luke intent on making their task impossible...
And Cinebook's other resident animated series and movie star -sorry, Iznogoud!- Lucky Luke reaches the giddying volume 60 of his adventures in the Wild West.  In case you are wondering, and you were, right?  You weren't?? Uh....I'm ignoring you! The other stories are:
The Ballad Of The Daltons
Blue Stallion
Ruckus In Pancake Valley -The Sheriff School
So that's four stories in one book and I'm betting that in at least two the Daltons are involved in some way.  Like my mother used to say to me: "The battery had run low by the time it got to you!" Which I think was....it was nice, right?
Anyways, you all know the form here: jokes, vizual gags and a cowboy who moves faster than his shadow. If you don't know anything about Lucky Luke....you do realise there are 60 comics albums, right? The most ever published in the English language. Really, you need to buy one or two because, like Iznogoud, these are intended for kids of all ages.
