PLEASE Consider Supporting CBO

Please consider supporting Comic Bits Online because it is a very rare thing in these days of company mouthpiece blogs that are only interested in selling publicity to you. With support CBO can continue its work to bring you real comics news and expand to produce the video content for this site. Money from sales of Black Tower Comics & Books helps so please consider checking out the online store.

On an interstellar cruise ships, a mysterious individual in full environmental suit is working hard to get to Earth. On Earth, meanwhile, another person in a spacesuit is exploring a nuclear reactor on behalf of its owners. That second man is Valerian, and since the disappearance of Galaxity, he’s been forced to make a living by putting his advanced knowledge and equipment to good use. But what he’s discovered inside the plant is extremely worrisome...
It's all about the movie, right? No. Here it is about the comic albums which, I note, others want to call "graphic novels" because they have no idea what a comic album is nor the difference between a comic album and graphic novel -the latter sounbds more sophisticated, right?
Don't you just hate the words "nuclear reactor" and "worrisome" when they are combine in a sentence?  Reminds me a little of Chernobyl -but I'm not supposed to talk about it (and it wasn't my fault). Space, Earth, weird aliens. Scary aliens. Valerian and Laureline are made up of such things and there are some very nice scenes and will Galaxity ever return?
If you have not started buying these books yet then now is a good time -you can buy directly from Cinebook and avoid the criminal Amazon and Ebay seller prices, especially with the movie on its way!
