1919. Colonel Lawrence – Lawrence of Arabia – has an unpleasant meeting with an MI5 agent who confiscates his manuscript of The Seven Pillars of Wisdom. 35 years later, Oxford is shaken by a series of burglaries at the Ashmolean Museum, at the same time as Blake learns of the death of an old friend. The captain begins an investigation, while Mortimer looks into the thefts… But what dark connection does all of this have with Lawrence or Blake’s own past?

I've actually become a bigger B&M fan since the Cinebook run started.  The new team has produced books I'm sure Jacobs would approve of as more mystery, danger and adventure awaits the duo. I get to love the artwork more and more.

And you know what? I'm getting excited for September.  Why? Is it my birthday? No, that (as someone reminded me) is this Friday: this is a better reason. Edgar P. Jacobs B&M story The Time Trap will be published!  Buy this book for a sneak peek as well as a nice The Oath of Five Lords text item.
